The room was spacious and modern with fantastic amenities, and the staff provided excellent service; the hotel is located in a stunning area, perfect for hiking in the park.

This place has a great location for hiking in the park and is close to Lydford and the gorge, with a restaurant in the evening and local attractions and walks nearby.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, doing great job. It was big size, luxurious and with a comfy bed. Central heating, iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making equipment were a very nice touch.

The location of the hotel on the edge of the moors provided a stunning backdrop for our stay. The restaurant in the evening offered a fantastic dining experience with delicious, locally sourced food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a well-lit car park and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

One minor drawback was the presence of plastic flowers in the bedrooms, which took away from the overall ambiance of the room.

The welcome tray in our room was well-stocked with a variety of teas and coffees, and the fridge contained fresh milk and water. The bathroom was also welcoming, with a lovely shower and high-quality hair products. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with beautifully cooked and presented food sourced from local suppliers. We also booked dinner at the popular restaurant and it turned out to be a real treat with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. We can't wait to return one day.
